Innergy and Movement LLC offers personal card + energy readings as well as 1:1 yoga sessions.

I AM LLC services all people while maintaining specific care towards Black/Brown people. Our community and its various populations are faced to cope with adversity, social, political and economic marginalization, and racism. I AM LLC’s name is a reminder to affirm ourselves of our resilience and magnificence throughout our life experiences.

  • Meet The Founder

    Welcome, I’m Alexis! I’ve read energy and cards for the past 4 years and have 10 years experience working in clinical, community, and public-health spaces. I received a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Promotion concentrating on Community Health. I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Certified Health Eduction Specialist (CHES). I offer energy readings and yoga sessions to help clients learn how they can adapt to career environments, health experiences, and life cycles/transitions through mind, body, and spirit health.
